Upon final payment and approval, you own full rights to the delivered work. Wander & Written retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying descriptions of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Revision rounds are as specified in your package tier. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Additional rounds may be purchased at an additional fee.
Refunds are available within 48 hours of placing an order, before writing has commenced. Once writing has begun, we offer a partial refund at our discretion based on work completed.
